Architect (Digital, Prefabrication &amp; Modular Construction)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect with experience in digital design, prefabrication, and modular construction systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, scalable, and technology-driven architectural solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop architectural designs integrating modular and prefabricated construction methodologies</li><li>Utilize BIM and digital design tools (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.) for design, coordination, and optimization</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure design-to-production alignment</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings, models, and technical documentation for factory-based production</li><li>Optimize designs for cost efficiency, sustainability, and rapid construction</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and factory teams for prefab components (steel, precast, modular units, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations</li><li>Support project execution from concept design through construction and installation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s Degree in Architecture</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;7 years of experience, preferably in prefab/modular construction or industrialized building systems</li><li>Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit preferred) and parametric design tools</li><li>Experience with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles is highly preferred</li><li>Knowledge of digital construction workflows and automation tools</li><li>Familiarity with UAE regulations and approval processes</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience working with off-site construction or modular factories</li><li>Exposure to AI in architecture, generative design, or smart construction technologies</li><li>LEED or sustainability-related certifications</li><li>Experience in large-scale residential or villa developments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
