Architect (Digital, Prefabrication & Modular Construction)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Architect with experience in digital design, prefabrication, and modular construction systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient, scalable, and technology-driven architectural solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs integrating modular and prefabricated construction methodologies
• Utilize BIM and digital design tools (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, etc.) for design, coordination, and optimization
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and construction teams to ensure design-to-production alignment
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and technical documentation for factory-based production
• Optimize designs for cost efficiency, sustainability, and rapid construction
• Coordinate with suppliers and factory teams for prefab components (steel, precast, modular units, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and regulations
• Support project execution from concept design through construction and installation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience, preferably in prefab/modular construction or industrialized building systems
• Strong proficiency in BIM software (Revit preferred) and parametric design tools
• Experience with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) principles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of digital construction workflows and automation tools
• Familiarity with UAE regulations and approval processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with off-site construction or modular factories
• Exposure to AI in architecture, generative design, or smart construction technologies
• LEED or sustainability-related certifications
• Experience in large-scale residential or villa developments
