Job Overview We are hiring two full time days shift and two full time second shiftJoin our dynamic healthcare team as a Nurse, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing services in Assisted Living facilities, and community health environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment committed to excellence and innovation.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories to inform treatment plans.</li><li>Administer medications and injections accurately, including medication management tailored to individual patient needs.</li><li>Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks for precise documentation of patient interactions and medical records.</li><li>Conduct diagnostic evaluations using laboratory experiences, specimen collection.</li><li>Educate patients and their families on health coaching topics like chronic disease management, hospice &amp; palliative medicine, or dementia care to promote ongoing wellness.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid nursing license with current registration in the relevant state or jurisdiction.</li><li>Proven experience in diverse healthcare settings or assisted living communities.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy &amp; physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for procedures, and HIPAA compliance standards.</li><li>Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; familiarity with Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks is a plus.</li><li>Competency in performing physical examinations, injection administration, aseptic technique, and infection control protocols.</li><li>Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages&mdash;including geriatrics&mdash;especially those with disabilities or memory/dementia challenges.</li><li>Critical care experience preferred&mdash;such as ICU or Level I/II Trauma Center experience&mdash;and familiarity with infectious disease care and acute pain management strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills for triage assessments and case management; ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Additional certifications like Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Join us to make a meaningful difference through compassionate nursing practice!
