Post Closer &ndash; Midtown Law (Raleigh, NC)Midtown Law is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Post Closer to join its Raleigh office. This role is responsible for ensuring all post-closing tasks are completed accurately and efficiently to support a smooth transaction process.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review closing packages for completeness and accuracy</li><li>Record deeds, deeds of trust, and other legal documents with the appropriate county offices</li><li>Process disbursements to sellers, agents, HOAs, and lenders</li><li>Confirm all post-closing requirements are met and files are finalized</li><li>Communicate with lenders, title companies, and internal team members</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate closings preferred but we will train the right candidate</li><li>Familiarity with closing software (Qualia preferred) and e-recording platforms</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Effective time management and multitasking skills</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and resolve issues as they arise</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Sheets</li></ul>Work Details:<ul><li>Starting salary: From $42,500 annually, commensurate with experience</li><li>Benefits: Comprehensive package included</li><li>Work Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in-office</li></ul>Interested candidates should submit their application and resume exclusively through Indeed.
