If you&rsquo;re self-sufficient, friendly, and take pride in doing the job right for customers, you&rsquo;ll fit right in!What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Service, sanitize, and maintain reverse-osmosis (RO) refill equipment on an assigned route.</li><li>Replace filters, UV lamps, membranes, pumps, valves, and fittings; perform leak/pressure checks and basic water-quality testing (e.g., TDS).</li><li>Read and record machine meters for billing; document work/parts and upload photos/notes on a company tablet.</li><li>Perform light plumbing (PVC/PEX/fittings) and basic low-voltage electrical diagnostics to identify and correct issues.</li><li>Keep equipment rooms neat, compliant, and properly labeled (decals/signage); follow all safety and sanitation procedures.</li><li>Drive a company vehicle safely; stock tools, filters, and parts so you&rsquo;re prepared for each day&rsquo;s route.</li><li>Provide professional, courteous service to store teams; show them who to contact for support.</li><li>Support growth as a Route Sales Rep: identify opportunities, drop brochures, and submit qualified leads for commission.</li><li>Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for urgent issues.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Hands-on mechanical aptitude; 1+ year in field service, maintenance, trades, or similar preferred.</li><li>Comfortable with hand/power tools; able to measure and cut accurately.</li><li>Basic plumbing and/or electrical knowledge (we&rsquo;ll train you on our systems).</li><li>Organized, reliable, and customer-focused; strong verbal communication and time-management.</li><li>Able to lift/move 50 lbs and work at heights of 10 ft+ using ladders/lifts (indoor backroom/cooler environments).</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Must pass a background check and basic pre-employment physical.</li><li>Veterans encouraged to apply!</li></ul>Nice to Have (Bonus Points): RO/water treatment experience, pump/valve troubleshooting, reading wiring diagrams, PEX/PVC install, scissor-lift use, forklift/pallet jack, retail/customer-service experience.Pay &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Year-end performance bonus: $5,000</li><li>Commission opportunities for new business</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered by Midwest Best</li><li>$50,000 company-paid life insurance</li><li>Company-funded 401(k) (6% company contribution)</li><li>Company vehicle and paid expenses (lodging/fuel as needed), plus tools/PPE/tablet provided</li><li>Training and ongoing support from a skilled team</li><li>Two weeks paid time off per year (after 12 months of employment)</li></ul>How to Apply:Apply on this posting or learn more about our family-owned company here: naturalpuredrinkingwater.com/about-us.
