There will also be some sales, marketing and social media tasks involved.<ul><li>Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly</li><li>Answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism, directing calls accurately and efficiently</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office</li><li>Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows</li><li>Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas</li><li>Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring client satisfaction</li><li>Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively</li><li>Previous office or administrative experience, including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and calendar management</li><li>Knowledge of customer support principles combined with a friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating excellent time management skills</li><li>Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; familiarity with office management or personal assistant responsibilities is advantageous</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your administrative career!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.25 - $26.75 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in New Ulm, MN 56073
