What Qualifications and Skills Do We Seek?<ul><li>
Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities</li><li>
Prepare and present management reports, including variance analysis and actionable insights</li><li>
Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights</li><li>
Partner closely with Product teams to analyze product financial performance, pricing dynamics, and monetization strategies</li><li>
Track and analyze key business metrics (sales performance, funnel, campaigns, customer, and product metrics)</li><li>
Own and support revenue analysis, including new sales, upsell, cross-sell, and pricing-related performance</li><li>
Build and continuously improve financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making</li><li>
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy</li><li>
Evaluate financial impact and ROI of product initiatives and go-to-market activities</li><li>
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency</li><li>
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Qlik Sense), improving data accessibility for stakeholders</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and data quality</li><li>
Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects for senior management</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields</li><li>
3-4 years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis or similar roles</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)</li><li>
Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense is a plus)</li><li>
Excellent command of written and spoken English</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally</li></ul>
