What Qualifications and Skills Do We Seek?

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Prepare and present management reports, including variance analysis and actionable insights
• Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights
• Partner closely with Product teams to analyze product financial performance, pricing dynamics, and monetization strategies
• Track and analyze key business metrics (sales performance, funnel, campaigns, customer, and product metrics)
• Own and support revenue analysis, including new sales, upsell, cross-sell, and pricing-related performance
• Build and continuously improve financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy
• Evaluate financial impact and ROI of product initiatives and go-to-market activities
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Qlik Sense), improving data accessibility for stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and data quality
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects for senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 3-4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or similar roles
• Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling)
• Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense is a plus)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
