Position: Junior Business Development Executive &ndash; HORECA Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai Company: Miksar Food &ndash; Naagin Sauce Experience: 6 months &ndash; 3 yearsAbout the RoleMiksar Food, the makers of Naagin Sauce, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Catering) segment. This is an execution-focused role involving field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and approach potential HORECA clients across Mumbai.</li><li>Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.</li><li>Conduct product presentations and sampling with chefs and decision-makers.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.</li><li>Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain regular reporting and updates to the reporting manager.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.</li><li>6 months to 3 years of experience in sales/business development (FMCG/HORECA preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.</li><li>Target-driven, confident, and good at relationship building.</li></ul>if you are interested in it then kindly share your cv for hrsupport@naaginsauce.comJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
