Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position: Junior Business Development Executive – HORECA
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

About the Role

Miksar Food, the makers of Naagin Sauce, is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, and Catering) segment. This is an execution-focused role involving field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential HORECA clients across Mumbai.
  • Generate leads and convert them into active business accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and sampling with chefs and decision-makers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular reporting and updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 6 months to 3 years of experience in sales/business development (FMCG/HORECA preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  • Target-driven, confident, and good at relationship building.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
