Business Development Executive (BDE)

Title: Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will lead business development initiatives, manage the sales pipeline, build long-term client relationships, and mentor junior business development executives. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven experience in closing deals and scaling business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth for digital marketing services.
  • Identify new market opportunities, industries, and client segments to expand the company’s reach.
  • Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting:

  • Oversee and actively participate in lead generation through tele-calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Qualify high-value leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build a strong and consistent sales pipeline aligned with company targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Conduct client meetings and high-level consultations to understand business challenges and propose customized E-Commerce account management solutions.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for strategic clients.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Guide, mentor, and support Business Development Executives to improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights to improve service offerings and sales processes.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.
  • Use market insights to refine sales pitches and positioning.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, performance marketing, and other digital services.

Targets & Reporting:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, performance marketing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage enterprise or mid-level clients.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a E-Commerce or IT services company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or mentoring a sales/business development team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
