Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales, partnerships, and business growth for both the Ayurveda vertical and Senior Living services. The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, field sales, and strategic tie-ups to enhance occupancy, revenue, and brand visibility. The candidate will work closely with marketing, operations, and care teams to ensure seamless customer acquisition and experience across both business units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and generate qualified leads for Senior Living, Assisted Living, Active Care, and Ayurveda services.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to prospective residents, families, and Ayurveda clients.
- Clearly explain services, treatment programs, facilities, care models, and pricing.
- Consistently follow up on enquiries and convert leads into admissions or bookings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both verticals.
2. Ayurveda Business Development
- Promote Ayurveda treatments, packages, and wellness programs to individuals, corporates, and institutions.
- Develop referral networks with doctors, hospitals, wellness centers, and health influencers.
- Explore corporate wellness tie-ups and health camp opportunities.
- Support seasonal and package-based sales campaigns for Ayurveda services.
3. Senior Living Business Development
- Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, social workers, and referral agencies.
- Develop tie-ups with senior citizen groups, NGOs, residential associations, and community bodies.
- Conduct awareness sessions and site visits for prospective families.
- Explore new markets and catchment areas for occupancy growth.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, Ayurveda clients, and referral partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust.
- Support retention initiatives and referral generation.
5. Marketing Support & Events
- Support community outreach programs, health camps, senior events, and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, medical camps, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead nurturing activities.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the Sales Manager.
- Track enquiries, conversions, revenue, and occupancy metrics.
- Coordinate with operations, care, and Ayurveda teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM and lead database.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development (Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, or Senior Living preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field work.
- Compassionate and service-oriented attitude towards seniors and wellness clients.
Compensation
Monthly Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 (based on prior experience and performance)
Performance-based incentives applicable.
