About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Managers with proven experience in the solar industry. The role involves driving B2B and industrial solar sales, managing client relationships, and achieving assigned regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
Visit industrial, commercial, and institutional clients for solar rooftop & EPC sale
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, and clients
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, design, and project execution
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
Report sales performance and market insights to the Regional Head
Requirements:
Strong network in industrial / commercial solar segment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with leadership potential
Must have own vehicle for client visits
Track market trends, competitors, and report sales performance to the Regional Head
