We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to build and manage human resources functions. This role will ensure timely hiring, policy implementation, and compliance, while also fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Staffing: Identify manpower requirements by coordinating with department heads, design and post job advertisements, screen applications, schedule interviews, and oversee the onboarding process.
