We are looking for enthusiastic IIoT Engineers to join our team. The candidate will work on industrial
communication, data acquisition, automation systems, and IIoT application development. This role is
suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
Primary Skills:
- Industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, MQTT, OPC-UA)
- Networking & connectivity (RS-485, IP addressing, LTE/4G routers, remote access)
- IIoT application development (Node-RED, Python, REST/API integration)
- PLC / SCADA integration and troubleshooting
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and support IIoT solutions for industrial automation systems
Work with industrial communication protocols such as:
Modbus RTU
Modbus TCP
MQTT/HTTPS/FTP
Configure and troubleshoot RS-485 networks
Develop basic applications using:
Node-RED
Python (data handling, scripting, integration)
Integrate PLCs with IIoT platforms and SCADA systems
Perform panel wiring and understand control panel layouts
Assist in PLC programming and testing (entry-level)
Collect, visualize, and transmit industrial data to servers/cloud
Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting at site
Prepare basic documentation and reports
- Plan, execute, and manage IIoT projects from concept to deployment
- Work with IIoT hardware such as Teltonika routers/gateways, sensors, and industrial
- Configure and deploy networking equipment (LTE/4G routers and gateways)
- Integrate devices with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT, custom dashboards)
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams for solution design and delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, sensors, and protocols (Modbus,
- Provide on-site or remote support during installation and commissioning
- Document system architecture, project plans, and user guides
- Train end-users or client technical teams, if needed
- Maintain project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field
- Min 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation or IIoT projects
- Knowledge of communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, MQTT, OPC-UA)
- Hands-on experience with routers and gateway or similar networking devices
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, or industrial cloud platforms is a plus
- Networking knowledge (IP addressing, firewalls, remote access)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control system drawings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites, if required
- Experience with cloud IoT platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of industrial data logging and analytics
- Python/Node-RED/REST APIs for data integration
- Certification in networking or automation (optional but preferred)
