Sr. Design Manager-Solar-Surat-14 LPA

7 to 12 years in Solar EPC industry

Minimum 3+ years in team handling / managerial role

Experience in both Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Projects

Lead and manage Rooftop Design & Ground Mounted Engineering teams

Oversee end-to-end project planning, design validation & execution strategy

Review SLDs, layouts, structural designs & BOQs

Ensure timely project delivery as per EPC schedules

Coordinate with procurement, site execution & client teams

Monitor quality control, safety compliance & cost optimization

Resolve technical escalations & site-level challenges

Drive performance, productivity & reporting across teams

Ensure compliance with DISCOM, MNRE & regulatory standards

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Master’s in Renewable Energy / Project Management (Preferred)

Strong technical understanding of Solar EPC
