<p>The <b>Human Resource Manager</b> will design and execute HR strategies that align with Season Two&rsquo;s organizational goals. The position will oversee recruitment, onboarding, staff training, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with labour laws, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be committed to creating a respectful and values-driven workplace that reflects empathy, respect, and excellence.</p>

<ul><li><b>Talent Acquisition &amp; Onboarding</b>
<ul><li>Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for care staff, hospitality, and administrative roles.</li>
<li>Manage end-to-end hiring processes including job postings, interviews, offers, and background verification.</li>
<li>Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Employee Relations &amp; Engagement</b>
<ul><li>Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.</li>
<li>Address employee grievances fairly and promptly.</li>
<li>Organize wellness, engagement programs, and team-building activities.</li>
<li>Conduct regular staff feedback sessions and stay interviews.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Training &amp; Development</b>
<ul><li>Identify training needs and design professional development programs.</li>
<li>Collaborate with experts in caregiving, safety, and customer service to deliver training.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of continuous learning.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Performance Management</b>
<ul><li>Implement performance evaluation systems and KPI frameworks.</li>
<li>Guide managers in goal setting and constructive feedback.</li>
<li>Manage appraisals, promotions, and salary revisions.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Policy Development &amp; Compliance</b>
<ul><li>Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices.</li>
<li>Maintain official HR documents, contracts, and employee handbooks.</li>
<li>Keep HR records audit-ready with efficient systems.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>HR Operations &amp; Administration</b>
<ul><li>Manage HRIS systems and employee data accuracy.</li>
<li>Coordinate payroll with finance teams.</li>
<li>Oversee employee benefits, attendance management, and leave policies.</li>
</ul></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.</li>
<li>5&ndash;7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in <b>healthcare, hospitality, or service industries.</b></li>
<li>In-depth understanding of <b>Indian labour laws and HR policies.</b></li>
<li>Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.</li>
<li>Empathy and alignment with senior care values.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.</li>

<ul><li>Experience in senior living, healthcare, or customer service environments.</li>
<li>Multilingual (English and Malayalam preferred).</li>
