We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our international logistics and freight forwarding operations. This role focuses on lead generation, client handling, quotations, and deal closure for air freight, sea freight, and door-to-door logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
• Handle inbound inquiries from import and export clients
• Understand shipment requirements including origin, destination, weight, volume, and transport mode
• Coordinate with operations to obtain competitive rates and prepare accurate quotations
• Share quotations, follow up with clients, and close logistics deals
• Advise clients on logistics solutions including air freight, sea freight, DDP/DDU, and door-to-door services
• Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales pipeline using Google Sheets or CRM tools
• Achieve assigned monthly revenue and shipment targets
• Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or B2B sales is preferred
• Proven ability to negotiate rates and close deals
• Basic understanding of INCOTERMS, freight modes, and logistics pricing
• Proficient in email communication, and CRM / Google Sheets
• Target-oriented with a professional work ethic

Experience & Education

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics sales or B2B sales
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may compensate)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of qualified leads generated
• Conversion rate from quotations to closed deals
• Monthly revenue achieved
• Active client portfolio
• Consistency in follow-ups and client engagement
