<br><div><div>Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities
<br>
<ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between investment, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting teams, as well as external advisors.
</li><li>Manage KYC, AML, tax, and legal documentation processes for all investments.
</li><li>Coordinate payment procedures, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of transactions.
</li><li>Lead special projects, including the creation of legal entities abroad , and transfer of investments into these structures.
</li><li>Maintain and enhance compliance and reporting systems for investment operations.
</li><li>Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and reduce outsourcing costs.
</li><li>Anticipate operational risks and proactively implement corrective measures.
</li><li>Manage, schedule and arrange appointments, visits, meetings and company/department events, including any related travel, accommodation and/or venue bookings for office personnel, ensuring that all activities are well coordinated.
</li><li>Coordinate between departments and business units
</li><li>Maintain records in paper files and / or electronic systems to ensure that correct information is available upon request and maintain proper filing for confidential files and records.
</li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul></div></div>
