- Act as the primary liaison between investment, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting teams, as well as external advisors.
- Manage KYC, AML, tax, and legal documentation processes for all investments.
- Coordinate payment procedures, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of transactions.
- Lead special projects, including the creation of legal entities abroad , and transfer of investments into these structures.
- Maintain and enhance compliance and reporting systems for investment operations.
- Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and reduce outsourcing costs.
- Anticipate operational risks and proactively implement corrective measures.
- Manage, schedule and arrange appointments, visits, meetings and company/department events, including any related travel, accommodation and/or venue bookings for office personnel, ensuring that all activities are well coordinated.
- Coordinate between departments and business units
- Maintain records in paper files and / or electronic systems to ensure that correct information is available upon request and maintain proper filing for confidential files and records.
