Key Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between investment, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting teams, as well as external advisors.
Manage KYC, AML, tax, and legal documentation processes for all investments.
Coordinate payment procedures, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of transactions.
Lead special projects, including the creation of legal entities abroad , and transfer of investments into these structures.
Maintain and enhance compliance and reporting systems for investment operations.
Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and reduce outsourcing costs.
Anticipate operational risks and proactively implement corrective measures.
Manage, schedule and arrange appointments, visits, meetings and company/department events, including any related travel, accommodation and/or venue bookings for office personnel, ensuring that all activities are well coordinated.
Coordinate between departments and business units
Maintain records in paper files and / or electronic systems to ensure that correct information is available upon request and maintain proper filing for confidential files and records.
