This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic salon setting while helping clients achieve their beauty goals through innovative treatments and personalized care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, gel manicures, acrylic and nail extension applications, and pedicures with precision and attention to detail</li><li>Perform advanced nail techniques such as nail art, color theory application, and nail enhancements to meet client preferences</li><li>Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer professional recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with each service</li><li>Upsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and other beauty accessories to enhance client experience and increase sales</li><li>Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies while following all health regulations</li><li>Stay current on industry trends including new techniques like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to expand service offerings</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fields</li><li>Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role</li><li>Strong knowledge of nail care principles including disinfection procedures, sanitation standards, and salon safety protocols</li><li>Skilled in various techniques such as acrylic nail application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and pedicures</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients</li><li>Ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Familiarity with retail math concepts for sales transactions is a plus</li></ul>Join us to bring your passion for beauty into a lively environment where your skills can truly shine!
