HVAC Service Technician (Experienced &ndash; Residential / High-End Clients)Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of experience who values quality workmanship, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships. We take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients, and we&rsquo;re looking for a technician who shares that standard.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.</li><li>Perform detailed maintenance, system evaluations, and performance tune-ups for high-end homes.</li><li>Provide clear, honest, and professional communication with homeowners regarding system conditions and repair options.</li><li>Deliver a high level of care, cleanliness, and respect while working inside clients&rsquo; homes.</li><li>Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.</li><li>Accurately document service calls, diagnostics, and completed work.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance at all times.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (strong diagnostic ability required).</li><li>Advanced troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical systems).</li><li>Experience working in occupied residential homes (high-end client experience is a strong plus).</li><li>Ability to work independently while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.</li><li>EPA Certification (required)</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay: $30&ndash;$50/hour (based on experience)</li><li>Performance bonuses</li><li>Consistent, year-round work</li><li>No installation work &ndash; service-focused position</li><li>Limited or optional on-call (designed to support work-life balance)</li><li>Company-provided take-home vehicle (if applicable)</li><li>Paid time off &amp; holidays</li><li>Health Insurance (80% covered by employer)</li><li>401K (3% matching)</li><li>Ongoing training and career growth opportunities</li></ul>Why Join Us?
