HVAC Service Technician (Experienced – Residential / High-End Clients)

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of experience who values quality workmanship, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships. This is a service-only role focused on maintaining and repairing systems in high-end residential homes and light commercial.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, mini-splits, and ventilation systems.
• Perform detailed maintenance, system evaluations, and performance tune-ups for high-end homes.
• Provide clear, honest, and professional communication with homeowners regarding system conditions and repair options.
• Deliver a high level of care, cleanliness, and respect while working inside clients’ homes.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.
• Accurately document service calls, diagnostics, and completed work.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance at all times.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience (strong diagnostic ability required).
• Advanced troubleshooting skills (mechanical and electrical systems).
• Experience working in occupied residential homes (high-end client experience is a strong plus).
• Ability to work independently while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
