With a legacy of standing up to corporate power, Milberg is one of the world&rsquo;s top complex litigation firms with more than 60 attorneys and over 100 support staff across three continents.Job Type: Full-timeJob Summary: Milberg seeks a highly motivated and hard-working Junior Attorney to join and support its Mass Arbitration team.Mass Arbitration involves representing large groups of individual claimants in parallel, high-volume arbitration proceedings against corporate defendants. It combines elements of litigation, class actions, client management, and complex case operations.The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of litigation experience. This attorney needs to have successfully managed clients and the litigation process. This role blends litigation tasks with operational case management because mass arbitration requires coordinating high volumes of client files, proofs, and filings in addition to substantive legal advocacy. Training on proprietary systems and mass arbitration workflows will be provided. The candidate must be personable, proactive, organized, capable of working independently, and possess strong communication skills. Junior attorneys receive guidance from partners and senior associates to develop litigation judgment, strategic thinking, and mass arbitration expertise.
