We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our growing team in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population.Role Overview:As a full-time Psychiatrist in our private practice, you will conduct in-person evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy (if desired), while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. You&rsquo;ll benefit from a strong referral network, administrative support, and the autonomy to shape your clinical practice. Supporting additional growth and initiativesResponsibilities:<ul><li>Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning</li><li>Prescribe and manage medications for a broad range of psychiatric conditions</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external therapists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers</li><li>Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EMR system</li><li>Participate in practice meetings and peer consultations</li><li>Optional: Provide psychotherapy or specialized services (e.g., ADHD evaluations, mood disorder treatment)</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency</li><li>Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry</li><li>Active and unrestricted medical license in Colorado</li><li>DEA license with applicable schedules</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills</li><li>Commitment to in-person outpatient care within a private practice model</li><li>Strong leadership skills and growth driven</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $300,000.00 - $325,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
