Psychiatrist

We are a well-established, physician-owned private practice dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our practice offers a warm, professional atmosphere that values patient relationships, clinical autonomy, and provider well-being. We are currently seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our growing team in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse outpatient population.

Role Overview:

As a full-time Psychiatrist in our private practice, you will conduct in-person evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy (if desired), while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. You’ll benefit from a strong referral network, administrative support, and the autonomy to shape your clinical practice. Supporting additional growth and initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Prescribe and manage medications for a broad range of psychiatric conditions
• Collaborate with internal and external therapists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation using our EMR system
• Participate in practice meetings and peer consultations
• Optional: Provide psychotherapy or specialized services (e.g., ADHD evaluations, mood disorder treatment)

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency
• Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
• Active and unrestricted medical license in Colorado
• DEA license with applicable schedules
• Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to in-person outpatient care within a private practice model
• Strong leadership skills and growth driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $300,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year
