Job Purpose:To ensure the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and regulations at the workplace, aiming to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all employees and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Safety Compliance &amp; Monitoring</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international HSE laws, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe acts, or unsafe conditions.</li><li>Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved method statements and risk assessments.</li><li>Incident Prevention &amp; Investigation</li><li>Monitor and enforce safe work practices to prevent accidents and injuries.</li><li>Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li><li>Training &amp; Awareness</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness programs for workers and supervisors.</li><li>Maintain records of HSE training and certifications for all staff.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting</li><li>Prepare and maintain safety documentation such as HSE plans, risk assessments (RA), method statements (MS), and safety checklists.</li><li>Submit daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports to management and clients as required.</li><li>Emergency Preparedness</li><li>Ensure availability and readiness of emergency response plans, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.</li><li>Conduct periodic emergency drills and evaluate the effectiveness of response procedures.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Communication</li><li>Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors on safety-related matters.</li><li>Liaise with clients and consultants regarding HSE compliance and audit requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Engineering or related field.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA certification (mandatory or preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in HSE (preferably in construction, oil &amp; gas, or industrial projects).</li><li>Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).</li><li>Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to identify potential hazards and recommend practical solutions.</li></ul>Key Attributes:<ul><li>Safety-oriented mindset and proactive approach.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in diverse environments.</li><li>Team player with good interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

HSE Officer

Job Purpose: To install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems used in construction, mechanical, and industrial applications, ensuring all work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Read and interpret piping drawings, isometric sketches, and specifications.</li><li>Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes using hand and power tools.</li><li>Install and align pipes, fittings, and supports according to layout plans.</li><li>Fabricate and install pipe supports, hangers, and brackets.</li><li>Conduct pressure tests and inspections to ensure system integrity and leak-free connections.</li><li>Repair or replace defective pipes, fittings, and valves as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with welders, plumbers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Follow all site safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area and ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter or in a similar role.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, piping diagrams, and technical drawings.</li><li>Knowledge of different types of pipes (carbon steel, PVC, copper, stainless steel, etc.) and fittings.</li><li>Skilled in the use of pipe-fitting tools and equipment.</li><li>Understanding of welding, threading, and flanging techniques.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.</li><li>Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions.</li><li>Valid QID</li><li>Valid Certificate</li></ul>Reporting To:Site Engineer / Mechanical Supervisor / ForemanJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1,800.00 per month
