Job TitleImport&ndash;Export Documentation ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Import&ndash;Export Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, managing, and verifying all documentation related to international trade shipments. The role ensures compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and international trade laws to enable smooth import and export operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and process import and export documents such as:</li><li>Commercial invoices</li><li>Packing lists</li><li>Bills of Lading / Airway Bills</li><li>Certificates of Origin</li><li>Shipping bills and customs declarations</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs laws, and company procedures.</li><li>Track shipments and follow up on documentation status to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Handle customs clearance documentation and support duty drawback, EPCG, or other export incentive schemes (if applicable).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all import&ndash;export transactions.</li><li>Resolve documentation discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.</li><li>Communicate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) regarding shipment and documentation requirements.</li></ul>Skills and Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of import&ndash;export documentation and procedures</li><li>Familiarity with INCOTERMS, HS codes, and customs regulations</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple shipments</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field</li><li>Certification or diploma in Import&ndash;Export Management is an advantage</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>1&ndash;8 years of experience in import&ndash;export documentation or logistics</li><li>Freshers with relevant training may be considered</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Office-based role with coordination across logistics, customs, and shipping partners</li><li>May require occasional follow-ups outside regular working hours due to shipment schedules</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Import Export Documentation Executive

Electrical Maintenance &amp; Repairs<ul><li>Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical machines, systems, and equipment.</li><li>Inspect electrical components (motors, panels, wiring, relays, PLCs, drives) and ensure they meet safety and operational standards.</li><li>Diagnose faults using testing tools like multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, etc.</li><li>Repair or replace defective parts to minimize downtime.</li></ul>Installation &amp; Commissioning<ul><li>Assist in installing new electrical equipment, panels, and wiring systems.</li><li>Support commissioning and testing of new machinery and electrical upgrades.</li><li>Ensure installations comply with electrical codes and safety standards.</li></ul>Troubleshooting<ul><li>Respond to emergency breakdown calls and resolve electrical issues promptly.</li><li>Analyze recurring problems and suggest improvements to prevent future failures.</li></ul>Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain compliance with electrical safety standards, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and company policies.</li><li>Participate in safety audits and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain detailed logs of maintenance works, repairs, and electrical checks.</li><li>Report major faults and maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.</li><li>Keep inventory of tools, spare parts, and electrical components.</li></ul>3. Required QualificationsEducation<ul><li>Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment (preferred).</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.</li><li>Ability to read electrical diagrams, schematics, and PLC logic (basic knowledge preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience with motors, control panels, VFDs, sensors, and industrial machines.</li><li>Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Understanding of safety procedures and electrical standards.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
