ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Coordinate hand off Meeting with the Estimating Department at the start of every project.</li><li>Log and monitor all Change Order requests.</li><li>Manage all specified submittals and samples.</li><li>Plan, organize and supervise essential field positions for company projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all design and material specifications.</li><li>Perform proper material takeoff and field measurement.</li><li>Generate MRF's prior to start of manufacturing.</li><li>Coordinate with field personnel that installation is consistent with schedule.</li><li>Ensure quality control of work both in manufacturing and job site.</li><li>Manage the coordination of daily construction activity.</li><li>Document and communicate significant events and change orders.</li></ul>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree/ desirable or relevant work experience in Project Management will be considered in lieu of degree.</li><li>3 to 5 years' experience in Project Management for a Millwork/Cabinet manufacturing company preferred.</li><li>Must be organized and able to document and retrieve critical information at a moment's notice.</li><li>Have knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.</li><li>Read and understand blueprints and specs.</li><li>Develop and maintain job costs, project budget and schedules.</li><li>Strong time management skills and be comfortable with a deadline driven schedule.</li><li>Team-oriented; builds cross-organizational consensus and cooperation.</li><li>Proven leadership ability with high professional and ethical standards.</li><li>Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient PC skills</li><li>Cabinet Installers are also welcome to apply</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
