<p><b>
Quality Assurance Engineer (QA-2505)</b></p>
<p><b>
What you will be doing:</b></p>
<ul><li>Being responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager/QM Directorfor all quality assurance activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Defining QA requirements in proposal phase and developingQuality Plan and Audit Schedule for each project,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performing internal process and subcontractor audits according,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participate in peer review activities and review projectartifacts,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Providing agile coaching</li></ul>
<ul><li>Witnessing test activities,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Collecting related metrics and reporting quality assuranceactivities to senior management and Customer,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participating/Leading process improvement activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participating/leading 3rd party external audits performed bycertification audits.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Interfacing with the customer on quality problems</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performing release verification.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performing software installation</li></ul>
<ul><li>Delivering QA related trainings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Managing enterprise risk management activities</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:</b></p>

MUST:</b></p>
<p><b>
a. Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, in Software Engineering or Computer Scienceor Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering orrelated equivalent disciplines.</li></ul>
<p><b>
b. Experience:</b></p>
<p>
 Practicalworking experience</p>
<ul><li>in the field of quality management, quality assurance, andquality control activities for software intensive systems,</li></ul>
<ul><li>in ISO 9000 series standards and guidelines,</li></ul>
<ul><li>in process audits and product peer reviews</li></ul>
<p><b>
c. Skills:</b></p>
<ul><li>Continuous Learner</li></ul>
<ul><li>Analytical thinking, analysis andproblem-solving,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in ateam environment,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Being result oriented,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Willing to improve oneself.</li></ul>

Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>

PREFERRED:</b></p>
<ul><li>Hands-on experience in an agile environment,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge on DevOps practices,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Knowledge on CMMI, NATO AQAP 2110, AQAP 2210, AS 9100, ISO12207, DO178 standards,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performing one of software engineering practices (requirementanalysis, design, coding, testing, configuration management, etc.) as a memberof development team,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with C/C++ and Java Programming Languages,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with UML and object oriented analysis and design,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Use of statistical process control techniques,</li></ul>
<ul><li>Working on business process management and modeling.</li></ul>
