Quality Assurance Engineer (QA-2505)

What you will be doing:

• Being responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager/QM Directorfor all quality assurance activities.

• Defining QA requirements in proposal phase and developingQuality Plan and Audit Schedule for each project,

• Performing internal process and subcontractor audits according,

• Participate in peer review activities and review projectartifacts,

• Providing agile coaching

• Witnessing test activities,

• Collecting related metrics and reporting quality assuranceactivities to senior management and Customer,

• Participating/Leading process improvement activities.

• Participating/leading 3rd party external audits performed bycertification audits.

• Interfacing with the customer on quality problems

• Performing release verification.

• Performing software installation

• Delivering QA related trainings.

• Managing enterprise risk management activities

Required Qualifications:

MUST:

a. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, in Software Engineering or Computer Scienceor Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Industrial Engineering orrelated equivalent disciplines.

b. Experience:

Practicalworking experience

• in the field of quality management, quality assurance, andquality control activities for software intensive systems,

• in ISO 9000 series standards and guidelines,

• in process audits and product peer reviews

c. Skills:

• Continuous Learner

• Analytical thinking, analysis andproblem-solving,

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in ateam environment,

• Being result oriented,

• Willing to improve oneself.

Preferred Qualifications:

PREFERRED:

• Hands-on experience in an agile environment,

• Knowledge on DevOps practices,

• Knowledge on CMMI, NATO AQAP 2110, AQAP 2210, AS 9100, ISO12207, DO178 standards,

• Performing one of software engineering practices (requirementanalysis, design, coding, testing, configuration management, etc.) as a memberof development team,

• Familiarity with C/C++ and Java Programming Languages,

• Familiarity with UML and object oriented analysis and design,

• Use of statistical process control techniques,

• Working on business process management and modeling.
