18+Our coffee shop is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented cashier/barista who has excellent customer service skills, is self driven and can work in a fast paced environnment. You must be passionate about coffee, food, community and customer service with coffee/barista experience.Cashier/Barista responsibilities include assisting customers by answering their questions and ringing in their order using a POS system, stocking and packaging bakery items, preparing food items like bagels and avocado toast, preparing coffee and other hot and cold beverages according to our standards and recipes, stocking supplies, as well as assisting in cleaning and maintaining the shop. The ideal candidate must be self motivated, driven to succeed, organized and willing to work within a team. Our employees are expected to possess excellent customer service and communication skills as well as be able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.To succeed in this role, you are reliable, a problem solver, work well with others and on your own and make it a point to help other people.
