About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong Graphic Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to turn raw footage and ideas into high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and communicates our message clearly.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns.</li><li>Create graphics, thumbnails, reels covers, motion graphics, social media posts, and visual elements.</li><li>Add transitions, effects, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and animations.</li><li>Collaborate with content, marketing, and branding teams to conceptualize video/storyboards.</li><li>Maintain brand guidelines across every visual asset.</li><li>Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).</li><li>Manage and organize media files and maintain a structured workflow.</li><li>Stay updated with current trends in video editing, AI tools, and graphic design.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma</li><li>Good understanding of motion graphics &amp; typography</li><li>Ability to create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)</li><li>Knowledge of color grading, sound balancing &amp; pacing</li><li>Basic understanding of storytelling and script-to-video execution</li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail</li></ul>Bonus (Good to Have)<ul><li>Experience with After Effects / Motion Graphics</li><li>Knowledge of AI tools for design &amp; editing (Runway, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)</li><li>Experience in branding / social media strategy</li><li>Basic video direction &amp; concept ideation</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in video editing &amp; graphic design</li><li>Portfolio/showreel (mandatory)</li><li>Strong communication &amp; time-management skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on real-world projects</li><li>Creative freedom to experiment and innovate</li><li>Collaborative team &amp; growth-focused environment</li><li>Flexible working hours and performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Surat, Gujarat
