Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with strong Graphic Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to turn raw footage and ideas into high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and communicates our message clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, presentations, and campaigns.
• Create graphics, thumbnails, reels covers, motion graphics, social media posts, and visual elements.
• Add transitions, effects, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and animations.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and branding teams to conceptualize video/storyboards.
• Maintain brand guidelines across every visual asset.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Manage and organize media files and maintain a structured workflow.
• Stay updated with current trends in video editing, AI tools, and graphic design.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
• Graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma
• Good understanding of motion graphics & typography
• Ability to create engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Knowledge of color grading, sound balancing & pacing
• Basic understanding of storytelling and script-to-video execution
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with After Effects / Motion Graphics
• Knowledge of AI tools for design & editing (Runway, Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.)
• Experience in branding / social media strategy
• Basic video direction & concept ideation

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing & graphic design
• Portfolio/showreel (mandatory)
• Strong communication & time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
