Job Title: Operator (Preventive Maintenance)Company name : Mindra EV Pvt LtdLocation : Banglore, Kerala, Tamilnadu, Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, PuneMinimum experience : 1 to 3 years of experienceEducational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrcial or Power ElectronicsPrimary Responsibilities :<ul><li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on machines/equipment as per PM plan.</li><li>Carry out routine checks such as cleaning, lubrication, tightening, alignment, and part condition inspection.</li><li>Replace minor consumables (filters, fuses, etc.) as per guidelines.</li><li>Ensure all PM tasks are completed with accuracy and within allotted time.</li><li>Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, or safety issues.</li><li>Report abnormalities, defects, or potential failures to maintenance engineers or supervisors.</li><li>Monitor machine performance and assist in early detection of faults.</li><li>Fill PM checklists, service reports, and equipment history logs accurately.</li><li>Maintain reports on consumables used, issues found, and corrective actions taken.</li><li>Assist maintenance technicians/engineers during breakdown maintenance.</li><li>Support root cause identification by providing accurate observations from inspections.</li><li>Ability to read PM checklists, work orders, and technical instructions.</li><li>Submit the customer signed report after completion of activity.</li><li>Maintain the record.</li></ul>Secondary Responsibilities :<ul><li>Need to maintain the uptime more than 98% for all Chargers.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and engineers.</li><li>Organize training on PM tools, safety procedures, and new technologies.</li><li>Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Conduct audits of PM activities, checklists, and documentation.</li><li>Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and team management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
