Minimum experience : 1 to 3 years of experience

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrcial or Power Electronics

Primary Responsibilities :

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on machines/equipment as per PM plan.
• Carry out routine checks such as cleaning, lubrication, tightening, alignment, and part condition inspection.
• Replace minor consumables (filters, fuses, etc.) as per guidelines.
• Ensure all PM tasks are completed with accuracy and within allotted time.
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear, leaks, abnormal noise, vibration, overheating, or safety issues.
• Report abnormalities, defects, or potential failures to maintenance engineers or supervisors.
• Monitor machine performance and assist in early detection of faults.
• Fill PM checklists, service reports, and equipment history logs accurately.
• Maintain reports on consumables used, issues found, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist maintenance technicians/engineers during breakdown maintenance.
• Support root cause identification by providing accurate observations from inspections.
• Ability to read PM checklists, work orders, and technical instructions.
• Submit the customer signed report after completion of activity.
• Maintain the record.

Secondary Responsibilities :

• Need to maintain the uptime more than 98% for all Chargers.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate maintenance supervisors, technicians, and engineers.
• Organize training on PM tools, safety procedures, and new technologies.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct audits of PM activities, checklists, and documentation.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
