The role involves corporate engagement, campus recruitment, student placements, and team management to ensure strong placement outcomes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute internship &amp; placement strategies</li><li>Build and manage corporate partnerships for fresher hiring</li><li>Oversee end-to-end campus placement and internship processes</li><li>Guide students on career readiness, interviews, and employability skills</li><li>Coordinate with academics and faculty for placement training</li><li>Lead and manage a team of placement officers</li><li>Track placement data, KPIs, reports, and compliance</li><li>Manage placement and corporate outreach budgets</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Experience<ul><li>6&ndash;10 years of experience in placements / career services / campus hiring</li><li>Experience in private university, college, or higher education setup mandatory</li><li>Strong corporate connect for fresher &amp; campus recruitment</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Management, or related field</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Corporate networking &amp; employer engagement</li><li>Campus recruitment &amp; fresher hiring</li><li>Leadership &amp; team management</li><li>Communication &amp; stakeholder management</li><li>Data reporting &amp; placement analytics</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;1,100,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC ?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Placement cordination: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
