Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead internship and placement operations for a university/education setup. The role involves corporate engagement, campus recruitment, student placements, and team management to ensure strong placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internship & placement strategies
  • Build and manage corporate partnerships for fresher hiring
  • Oversee end-to-end campus placement and internship processes
  • Guide students on career readiness, interviews, and employability skills
  • Coordinate with academics and faculty for placement training
  • Lead and manage a team of placement officers
  • Track placement data, KPIs, reports, and compliance
  • Manage placement and corporate outreach budgets

Eligibility & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in placements / career services / campus hiring
  • Experience in private university, college, or higher education setup mandatory
  • Strong corporate connect for fresher & campus recruitment
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
