Manager on Duty

Role Summary

The Night MOD is responsible for managing hospital operations during night hours, ensuring smooth patient services, staff coordination, safety compliance, and handling any emergencies or escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all night-shift operations and patient flow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, housekeeping, and security teams.
• Manage staff attendance and shift handovers.
• Handle patient queries, emergencies, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure billing support and documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintain night shift reports and incident logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Hospital Management preferred).
• 2–3 years experience in healthcare or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-handling skills.
• Comfortable working night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
