Job Summary:The Ministry of Skin is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations and processes in our dermatological clinic. The HR Manager will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2&ndash;3 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding - <ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.</li><li>Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards to source qualified candidates.</li></ul>Employee Relations - <ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.</li><li>Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.</li><li>Promote a positive work environment and foster employee morale and engagement.</li></ul>Performance Management - <ul><li>Oversee performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback and goal-setting.</li><li>Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs and initiatives.</li><li>Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.</li></ul>Policy Development and Compliance - <ul><li>Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by employees and managers.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.</li></ul>Employee Benefits and Compensation - <ul><li>Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.</li><li>Coordinate payroll processing and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll activities.</li><li>Conduct salary benchmarking and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure competitive compensation packages.</li></ul>HR Administration - <ul><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.</li><li>Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by management.</li></ul>Requirements - <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in HR management or related roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.</li></ul>Salary: ₹35,000 per monthHow to Apply - Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters to ministryofskinblr@gmail.com, indicating &quot;Application for HR Manager Position - Ministry of Skin&quot; in the subject line.
