Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing client relationships, coordinating rental orders, and ensuring seamless event execution. This role acts as a critical liaison between our customers, sales representatives, logistics team, and warehouse, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesClient &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.</li><li>Assist the sales team in preparing rental quotes, proposals, and contracts.</li><li>Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals to close sales and upsell add-on services or products.</li><li>Schedule and confirm client appointments and warehouse visits.</li></ul>Order Coordination<ul><li>Process sales orders accurately and ensure all details are correctly captured in CRM or rental software.</li><li>Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with logistics and operations teams.</li><li>Ensure availability of rental inventory and liaise with warehouse to avoid overbooking or shortages.</li><li>Manage last-minute changes or urgent requests, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.</li></ul>Skills &amp; QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Experienced in customer service or sales support role (preferably in event rentals, furniture, or hospitality).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Knowledge of furniture types, event planning workflows, or staging services.</li><li>Experience working with logistics teams or scheduling deliveries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Rate your English Fluency from 1-10. 10 is the highest</li></ul>Work Location: In person
