Position SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and highly motivated MedSpa Patient Care &amp; Aesthetic Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines hands-on Medspa support with patient care and customer relations responsibilities.The ideal candidate is both client-focused and detail-oriented, able to provide high-quality aesthetic services while also supporting daily patient communications, scheduling, billing, and operational workflows.This role is essential in delivering an elevated patient experience both in-clinic and through digital communication channels.Primary ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations &amp; Operations<ul><li>Ensure a luxury, comfortable patient experience during all services</li><li>Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards</li><li>Answer incoming patient calls and provide exceptional customer service</li><li>Manage patient communication via email, text, and Meta platforms</li><li>Work within Elation Health to review, document, and respond to patient messages</li><li>Assist with appointment scheduling and provider calendar coordination</li><li>Process cancellations, updates, and general account changes</li><li>Support billing tasks including failed payment follow-up</li><li>Monitor and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all interactions</li></ul>Daily Responsibilities<ul><li>Begin the day by checking assigned operational queues (Elation, email, Meta, or billing tasks)</li><li>Support inbound phone coverage throughout the day as needed</li><li>Complete assigned customer service tasks promptly and accurately</li><li>Transition between patient care duties and administrative tasks seamlessly</li><li>Support team members during high-volume periods</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic environment preferred</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Comfortable using EHR/CRM systems (Elation experience is a plus)</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical + administrative environment</li><li>Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Patient communication excellence</li><li>Time management &amp; multitasking</li><li>Problem-solving &amp; adaptability</li><li>High emotional intelligence</li><li>Professional written and verbal communication</li><li>Team collaboration</li><li>Comfort working across clinical and administrative responsibilities</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Patients feel cared for both in-person and online</li><li>Smooth daily workflow between clinical services and operations</li><li>Accurate and timely documentation in Elation</li><li>Efficient handling of messages, calls, and billing issues</li><li>Strong contribution to both patient satisfaction and clinic revenue</li></ul>Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
