Position Summary
We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated MedSpa Patient Care & Aesthetic Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-role position combines hands-on Medspa support with patient care and customer relations responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is both client-focused and detail-oriented, able to provide high-quality aesthetic services while also supporting daily patient communications, scheduling, billing, and operational workflows.
This role is essential in delivering an elevated patient experience both in-clinic and through digital communication channels.
Primary Responsibilities
Patient Relations & Operations
- Ensure a luxury, comfortable patient experience during all services
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Answer incoming patient calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage patient communication via email, text, and Meta platforms
- Work within Elation Health to review, document, and respond to patient messages
- Assist with appointment scheduling and provider calendar coordination
- Process cancellations, updates, and general account changes
- Support billing tasks including failed payment follow-up
- Monitor and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation for all interactions
Daily Responsibilities
- Begin the day by checking assigned operational queues (Elation, email, Meta, or billing tasks)
- Support inbound phone coverage throughout the day as needed
- Complete assigned customer service tasks promptly and accurately
- Transition between patient care duties and administrative tasks seamlessly
- Support team members during high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medspa, dermatology, or aesthetic environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable using EHR/CRM systems (Elation experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical + administrative environment
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
