Our College Station store (1501 University Dr E Suite 600, near Texas A&amp;M) is growing and we&rsquo;re looking for enthusiastic Baristas, Cashiers, and Food Runners who bring great energy, love teamwork, and want to grow with us!</p><p>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</p><p>
Make delicious espresso drinks, brew great coffee, and learn latte art (full training provided!)</p><p>
Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and keep the energy positive even during busy rushes</p><p>
Run food orders, help keep the space clean and welcoming, and support your teammates</p><p>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</p><p>
A fantastic attitude &mdash; positive, reliable, coachable, and team-oriented</p><p>
No prior coffee experience needed &mdash; we&rsquo;ll teach you everything</p><p>
Availability for flexible shifts: Weekdays starting at 5:30 AM Weekends starting at 6:30 AM Closing up to 8:30 PM (seasonal 7:30 PM) Shifts are 5&ndash;7 hours</p><p>
Students are very welcome &mdash; perfect for Aggies balancing school and breaks</p><p>
What We Offer:</p><p>
Training pay (2&ndash;4 weeks): $8.00/hr + cash tips</p><p>
Post-training pay: $9.00/hr base + performance bonuses + cash tips</p><p>
Average total take-home: $10&ndash;12/hr (varies by shift and busyness)</p><p>
