Are you someone who loves making people smile one cup at a time? At Minuti Coffee, we’re focused on creating the best coffee experience — for our guests and for our team.

Our College Station store (1501 University Dr E Suite 600, near Texas A&M) is growing and we’re looking for enthusiastic Baristas, Cashiers, and Food Runners who bring great energy, love teamwork, and want to grow with us!

What You’ll Do:

Make delicious espresso drinks, brew great coffee, and learn latte art (full training provided!)

Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and keep the energy positive even during busy rushes

Run food orders, help keep the space clean and welcoming, and support your teammates

What We’re Looking For:

A fantastic attitude — positive, reliable, coachable, and team-oriented

No prior coffee experience needed — we’ll teach you everything

Availability for flexible shifts: Weekdays starting at 5:30 AM Weekends starting at 6:30 AM Closing up to 8:30 PM (seasonal 7:30 PM) Shifts are 5–7 hours

Students are very welcome — perfect for Aggies balancing school and breaks

What We Offer:

Training pay (2–4 weeks): $8.00/hr + cash tips

Post-training pay: $9.00/hr base + performance bonuses + cash tips

Average total take-home: $10–12/hr (varies by shift and busyness)
