 We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will guide a talented team of engineers in our Gen AI team in Riyadh, in building end-to-end AI-powered products. You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, mentoring developers, and ensuring technical excellence across our AI and gaming platforms.
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Leadership &amp; Team Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers working on GenAI products and internal platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to define technical strategy and execution plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering best practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide the team in architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery of high-impact features
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Technical Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Architect and build end-to-end full-stack applications that integrate AI capabilities, data visualization, and game operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement robust backend services (Node.js, Python/FastAPI) and responsive frontend interfaces (React, TypeScript)
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that connect AI/ML pipelines with production systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data integrity across applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role with direct management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive mindset, capable of owning projects end-to-end while fostering team growth and collaboration
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, LLM integration, or GenAI applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with real-time data and WebSocket-based applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in the gaming industry or with game development tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributions to open-source or internal developer tooling
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with serverless functions and infrastructure-as-code tools
