Overview:
We're looking for a Communications Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of internal and external communications, with a strong focus on employee engagement.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced. It's ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests while keeping things moving. You'll play a key role in bringing structure and consistency to internal communications, while supporting external channels as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day internal communications (announcements, updates, newsletters) with timely delivery

Coordinate with multiple departments to gather content and maintain consistent, aligned messaging

Manage internal channels (email, Slack, digital screens, and future platforms)

Support and run employee engagement initiatives, internal events and activities

Taking ownership of selected initiatives end-to-end (planning, execution, and reporting)

Ensure consistent follow-up and timely closure on all communication requests

Support external communications by drafting and publishing content across digital channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X)

Track and report on communication and engagement activities
Requirements
Requirements:

:2-4 years of experience in communications, PR, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly, confidently, and effectively to diverse audiences

Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and good at coordination

Able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion

Proactive, with the ability to think ahead, take initiative, and follow through

Familiar with digital communication tools (email, Slack, social media)

Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)

Comfortable tracking results and reporting on outcomes

Experience working with vendors or external partners
