Android Developer (2&ndash;4 Years Experience)Location: Dubai Silicon OasisEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking Android Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will build high-quality Android applications, work with modern development tools, and leverage AI-powered development practices to ship smarter and faster. If you enjoy crafting clean code, exploring new technologies, and contributing to scalable products, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.---Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android apKotlinions using Kotlin and/or Java.- Collaborate closely with design, product, backend, and web teams to build seamless user experiences.- Utilize modern version control workflows (Git) for efficient and collaborative development.- Explore and apply AI-assisted tools (e.g., for code generation, refactoring, and testing) to enhance productivity and code quality.- Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across multiple Android devices and OS versions.- Identify, debug, and resolve performance issues and bugs.- Participate actively in code reviews, architectural discussions, and process improvements.- Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and development workflows.---Required Qualifications- 2&ndash;4 years of professional Android development experience.- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, and a solid understanding of the Android SDK.- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries.- Familiarity with MVVM or Clean Architecture and Android Jetpack components.- Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative branching strategies.- Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and mobile design patterns.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.- Academic qualifications are not necessory (optional)---Preferred Skills- Experience with Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, and Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt/Dagger).- Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., code suggestion, testing automation, intelligent refactoring).- Exposure to backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, NestJS, REST APIs) or web development (React, Vue, Next etc.) is a strong advantage.- Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, analytics, and app distribution workflows.- Published apps on Google Play Store is a plus.---What We Offer- Competitive salary and performance bonuses.- Flexible work environment- Opportunity to work with a modern tech stack and AI-driven development workflows.- Continuous learning and growth in mobile, backend, and cross-platform technologies.- A collaborative, innovative culture where your ideas have real impact.---How to ApplySend your CV, GitHub/portfolio, and Play Store links (if any) to career@misrai.com with the subject line: &ldquo;Application &ndash; Android Developer (2&ndash;4 Yrs)&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
