Job Summary We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and classroom management, with experience working with children across various age groups. Teachers will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting students' academic and social development. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' lives through innovative teaching methods and personalized instruction.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula tailored to diverse learning needs, including literacy, math, physical education, and special education programs.</li><li>Design engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and social skills.</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning.</li><li>Assess student progress through observations, standardized testing, and formative assessments; adjust instructional strategies accordingly.</li><li>Support early intervention initiatives and provide individualized support for students with special needs or developmental delays.</li><li>Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and collaboration.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral incidents in compliance with school policies.</li><li>Incorporate diverse teaching strategies such as Montessori methods or other specialized approaches to enhance student engagement.</li><li>Participate in professional development activities to stay current with educational best practices and curriculum standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; additional certifications in early childhood or special education preferred.</li><li>Proven experience working with children in classroom settings, including preschool, daycare, or private school environments.</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment tools including standardized testing.</li><li>Experience with literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and tutoring is highly desirable.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.</li><li>Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and diverse learning styles.</li><li>Experience working with children requiring special education or early intervention services is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of Montessori or other specialized educational philosophies is advantageous.
