Our services include nursing, PT, OT and Speech Therapy services as well as Social Work and Home Health Aides.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with Mission Home Health in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The LVN will provide quality, comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients in a home setting. While most of the work is done at the patient's home, some remote work is acceptable.Qualifications<ul><li>Valid Texas LVN License or the ability to obtain LVN license in the state of Texas</li><li>Minimum of one year of LVN Nursing experience and preferably with previous home health experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Able to work independently while maintaining a professional presence with patients and their families</li><li>Ability to take direction and be a team player</li><li>Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds</li><li>Valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of current auto liability insurance</li><li>Successful completion of a competency evaluation program or examination which meets state and federal guidelines for home health aides</li></ul>At Mission, we are committed to providing quality patient care, and we are seeking an LVN who is able to work independently and collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals.
